I received a call from Amanda, who wanted to purchase a one hour family portrait session as a gift for her mother-in-law. Amanda clearly knew her mother-in-law well, because the gift turned out to be a big hit. Since Mrs. Pregler decided that she wanted to schedule her session in December, we set up a studio backdrop in the Pregler's home for some in-door (in)formal shots and took a few outside during a blizzard to add some variety to the shoot. The family had a great sense of humor (I dig the hats!), and I think that came through in the photos.
