Sarah and Koby's Wedding

We had an awesome time shooting Sarah and Koby's wedding! It's not everyday that we get an opportunity to leave Michigan to shoot weddings, so when they asked us to fly to Oklahoma, we jumped at the chance. We were really looking forward to shooting their wedding at the Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond, but we got worried when it rained pretty much every day the week of the wedding. There was over a 60% chance of thunderstorms a day or two before the big day, and on our flight to Oklahoma City, we saw news footage of parts of the city flooding.  But fortunately Sarah and Koby were blessed with perfect weather on their special day!  The day wouldn't have been complete without the unplanned visit from Frozen's Elsa and their dog, Knox, walking down the aisle.  We ate BBQ, made new friends, and danced with a horse named "Boomer."  All in all, it was a pretty amazing weekend.

Jesse and Yesi's Engagement Session

Jesse and Yesi are getting hitched in only a few months, so we scheduled their engagement session as soon as the weather finally warmed up here in Detroit. The couple spends a lot of their time in Southwest Detroit near Mexican Town, so we decided it would be fun to shoot their engagement session around there. The weather was perfect and we got some amazing shots. I can't wait for their wedding this July!
