Megan and John's Engagement Session

Jon and Megan had a two-part engagement shoot. We did the first part of their session in Detroit where they live. Normally, we would have stopped there. But Megan is Canadian and the couple met in Canada in one of the most beautiful settings you could ever hope to meet the love of your life. They also happened to meet at a place where Kel and I love to go camping. So, we set it up so that we could do a second engagement session when Kelsey and I went camping at Bruce Peninsula National Park in Ontario. Two birds with one stone, as they say.  The scenery did not disappoint. Kel and I had a great time with Jon and Meg during both sessions and we were super excited to shoot in each location. Enjoy the cross-border love, people.

Yesi and Jesse's Wedding

Jesse and Yesi are the product of some old fashioned match-making. The two met when Yesi's friend, Yesenia, tricked Yesi into going on a blind-date of-sorts with Jesse. The two immediately hit it off and were inseparable ever since. Their ceremony was held at one of Detroit's most beautiful churches,  Most Holy Redeemer Church, in Southwest Detroit followed by an amazing reception at Marygrove College. There was a classic Cadillac limousine, churros, line dancing, and tacos. Basically, it was what I consider a "perfect" wedding (I'm a sucker for churros... what can I say?).
