Valerie and Andrew's Engagement Session

Valerie and Andrew wanted their engagement session to have a more "natural" vibe, so we decided to shoot at Kensington Metropark in Milford. The two came dressed to impressed, and we started the session with a walk at the nature center before changing and heading for a stroll through the woods. We capped off the session by visiting the park office, which had a crazy-looking wall that made for a great background. Can't wait for their wedding next year!

Angie and Steve's Wedding

Angie and Steve had one of the coolest weddings we've shot this season. They decided to have their entire wedding at Wayne State University, where they met several years ago as grad students. The ceremony was held outside of McGregor Memorial Conference Center, where Angie and Steve sealed the deal with a shared coney dog. Afterward, the wedding party boarded a bus to take some photos at a cool location on Cass Corridor before heading to Lafayette Coney Island in Downtown Detroit for everyone to enjoy a coney and some fries. We then drove back to Wayne State's Student Center where the reception was held. Steve built his own photo booth and the band was insanely good. We sincerely wish Angie and Steve the best as Mr. and Mrs.

Lauren and Dan's Wedding

Lauren and Dan were married on a beautiful fall day at Bay Pointe Golf Club in West Bloomfield. While it rained in the morning, the sun came out and started shining once the ceremony started in the afternoon. You could see the sun shimmering on Middle Straits Lake as Dan and Lauren shared their first kiss as husband and wife. At the reception, the food was excellent, the DJ got the party started right, and everyone had a great time.

Barb and Bill's Wedding

Bill and Barb met each other through a networking group for professionals near Northville, Michigan. What started out as a friendship blossomed into a romance that led to an eventual marriage at Greenfield Village in Dearborn.  After the ceremony at the Martha-Mary Chapel, the bride and groom rang the church bell and took a ride on the carousel during cocktail hour.  The evening was capped off with an amazing reception at the exquisitely decorated Eagle Tavern.  We wish Bill, Barb and their children a lifetime of love and happiness!
